How old do you have to be to apply?

You must be at least 18, or deemed an adult under applicable law with regard to execution of contracts.
Is the deposit refundable?

While deposits are refundable, you are responsible to maintain the property according to the lease agreement. Upon move out, a final walk through and detailed accounting will be conducted. Unpaid fees and damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Any deposits deemed refundable after deductions will be returned to you no later 31 days after tenancy termination.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

Rent can be paid 24/7 through our payment portal.
